“Hi am one of the many grade nine students at Fleetwood park secondary school that saw your heart moving speech. You did an excellent job on the presentation and I applaud you for your bravery, strength and courage. It takes a lot of that to stand up in front of about 256 students plus other staff and teachers, and talk about such a personal and emotional topic. It has been only four years since the passing of your son and you are able to do this; you are an extremely strong and courageous person. You made a huge impact on all the grade nine students and staff at Fleetwood Park, and I don't just speak for myself. You and your son are great people and I encourage you to carry on what you are doing at schools. You have mine, and all the other 256 grade nine students and teachers complete sympathy. Our school has truly been blessed to have you come and talk to our school. Thank you.”

. . . “I recently attended your workshop at Fleetwood Park Secondary.
Your presentation was awesome and the message you were sending to all of us minors was so clear.
You should for sure come back next year to have the same talk with the next year grade 9s.
I will always watch out for every single one of my friends, and I would like to Thank You, Greg Drew for that.
You were by far the best inspiring presenter there over the few days and you should acknowledge this.
Just thought I would tell you what a great job you did, . . .”

. . . “I recently attended your workshop at Fleetwood Park Secondary.
I was the guy who “thought the world revolved around him”.
I just want you to know that I thought your presentation was great and I think that you should definitely come back next year to talk to the next set of grade 9s. I really got the message that you were portraying. You were my favorite of all the presenters we had over the few days.
Just thought I would tell you what a great job you did, . . .”

“I was at the assembly you held at Fleetwood Park Secondary and I just wanted to say thank you for doing it. I had read in the paper that some schools won’t allow you to come because you are too harsh but the fact is, it's reality and I think kids my age need to be scared in some cases to get the point across.”
“I also wanted to tell you that at the end of the conference the teachers asked us what our favorite presentation was out of the whole 3 days. Almost everyone said yours and it was the most talked about the next day.”
“Thanks again and I hope you continue doing these presentations for a long time. My brother is in Grade 6 and I would want him to see it.”
